to make new connections.

Join our engaging virtual cooking class designed to empower youth and adults to gain essential culinary skills and promote independence.
Each Saturday, for one to one-and-a-half hours, participants will learn to prepare a variety of basic meals—from a refreshing chicken salad to a hearty vegan burger—through step-by-step, interactive demonstrations led by experienced culinary instructors.
This program is designed not only to teach practical cooking techniques but also to foster confidence, independence, and social interaction in the kitchen.
When: Every Saturday (1 to 1.5 hours per session) 12:00PM - 1:30PM

Our Glam Lab sessions focuses on a different element of makeup—from flawless foundation application to eye-enhancing techniques and everything in between—providing hands-on tips and step-by-step guidance.
🔹Who It’s For: Designed specifically for teens and young adults this program offers a supportive environment where creativity meets essential beauty skills.
🔹 Schedule: Wednesdays | 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom
🔹 Cost: $150 per session
👉 What Participants Will Learn:
Prepare and Prime: Understand the importance of skincare and face preparation before applying makeup, including gentle cleansing and moisturizing routines.
Apply Foundation: Learn adaptive techniques for selecting and applying the right foundation to enhance natural beauty while accommodating different skin tones and textures.
Eye Makeup Techniques: Explore the basics of eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara to create simple yet effective looks, along with tips on brow grooming.

(6 Week Program)
In this six-week digital media program where participants learn how to use photography to capture everyday moments, tell their stories, and communicate creatively.
🔹 Who It’s For: Teenagers & adults who want a fun and engaging way to express themselves.
🔹 Schedule: Tuesday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🔹 Cost: $175 per session

How to take and edit photos using a phone or camera
How to use photography as a communication tool
How to build confidence in self-expression



(6 Weeks)
This is a weekly interactive session where participants explore the world of art history through engaging films and discussions.

🔹 Schedule: Mondays at 11:00 AM EST
🔹 Cost: $175 per session

This is our flagship workforce preparation program that provides real-world interview experience, camera setup guidance, and job-readiness coaching.
🔹 Who It’s For: Young adults looking to enter the workforce with confidence.
🔹 Schedule: Thursdays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🔹 Cost: $150 per session

How to prepare for job interviews
How to present themselves professionally (including virtual interviews)
How to answer common interview questions with confidence

This is a completely virtual program. You will need access to a laptop, a zoom account, and access to a stable internet connection.
What types of activities are included in your program?
We teach youth and adults in our program cooking, to use their smartphone cameras, art history, and help them to take control of their future with our job preparedness program.
How are family members involved in the planning of care and services?
Family involvement is key to what we do.
We have an onboarding with the parents before our sessions begin and you can expect regular updated via email and text message to keep you in the loop of everything that we do.
